We finally got round to doing a demo of this song. We have a very special guest drummer on this one, Dan Bishton (via Berlin) hits the skins! Lex joins in again for sax.
We are almost finished doing non-demo version of this song with Owen. But it’s no less dodgy! We’ll keep you posted.

I was home alone late last friday and I was tryna write lyrics for an unfinished song. While I was procrastinating I came up with this new song idea. I think we will try and make it into a real song soon.

Bec and I recorded this during the holidays on our old Yamaha 4track. We were staying at my parents place while they were away on summer holidays. I thought it would be nice to write a song that remembered the summers of my misspent youth.
We only had 4 tracks to work with. 1 and 2 were used on my guitar and Bec on drums. And 3 and 4 were used on vocals.
High budget filmclip was conceived, produced and finished all within 1 hour.

Richie came round last Sunday and the three of us worked on this new song idea. We don’t have a name for it yet.
We then recorded this filmclip on my phone. It’s pretty stupid, but it came out pretty well considering we just hung out in the park drinking longknecks.
